Security film and the way it works

Safety window film is a multi-layer polyester laminated with an acrylic adhesive to provide strength and clarity. The film adheres to glass surfaces with the utilization of a pressure-sensitive glue. Most specifications call for an anchoring system which usually consists of a wet glazing attachment system manufactured by Dow Corning (Dow Corning 995).
